Minutes for the October 11, 2011 meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by John Breen.

Treasurers Report:

Peggy read the treasury report, and the balance as of 10/11/11 was 
$5113.93.  

Old Business:

John read the minutes from the last meeting.  Bonnie stated that she 
had spoken to a few companies about the survey.  She will have an 
estimate for the next meeting so we can have the survey completed 
soon.  Mike stated that he needed to get the paperwork together for 
the survey, and he needed the tax number for the properties.  John 
stated that he may have a number from when he worked on a couple of 
permits for the properties.

It was stated that the "old McKinnon" house is being auctioned.

The Autumn Bingo game is on November 6th this year and there have been 
flyers distributed to many houses in the neighborhood.

Willie talked to Eric Robey about the condition of Paradise Beach Road, 
and he stated that he would look into it.  

New Business:

None.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
