Minutes for the April 11, 2012 meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by John Breen.

Treasurers Report:

Peggy read the treasury report, and the balance as of 4/11/12 was $4006.40.  

Old Business:

John reviewed the minutes from last meeting.  He stated that he contacted the county 
about the mosquito spraying, and they are not going to be able to put us on "the list" for 
this year.  If someone drops off of the list, we will be considered for the next spraying.
John discussed the Spring Census, and proposed June 16th as the date for the census.  
Peggy suggested that we sell raffle tickets while we are going door-to-door, and we can 
have a 50/50 drawing at the following meeting.

John stated that the date for May Day at the beach is going to be May 12th.  We will meet 
at the beach at 10:00 and spruce it up. 

John stated that he will initiate the purchase of a "no trespassing" sign for the community 
property. 

New Business:

No new business.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:22 pm.
