Minutes for the April 09, 2013 meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm by John Breen.

Bonnie Taken to the Hospital

Prior to the meeting, Bonnie Dausch was taken to the hospital.  Bonnie has been a 
stalwart leader in the PBIA for many years, and this is the first meeting that she has 
missed in many years.  Our prayers go out to Bonnie.

Treasurers Report:

Peggy read the treasury report, and the balance as of 4/08/13 was $4315.76.  

Review of Minutes:

John reviewed the minutes from the last meeting.  One of the topics discussed was the 
lighting at the intersection of Paradise Beach and Bayside Beach roads.  John Mason 
stated that he has been pursuing this with Maureen Lamb from the county, and since the 
change in leadership at the county level, communication has been disrupted.  John will 
keep trying to get the attention of the county to fix this situation.

Old Business:

Sue stated that we would not be able to use the police report to collect damages from an 
insurance company.  John Mason stated that he would fix the fence area.

May Day at the Beach:

John stated that there would be a cleanup effort at the beach on May 4th.
