Minutes for the April 11, 2015 meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by John Breen.

Treasurers Report:

Peggy read the treasury report, and the balance as of 4/6/15 was $4593.50.  

Review of Minutes:

John reviewed the minutes from the March meeting.  This included the results of the 
election and the discussion of the "letter from the president" that was sent out with the 
newsletter.  This letter described the reason that we carry the insurance, and the need for 
everyone to pay their dues so they are covered in the event of an incident or accident.

Old Business:

There was a discussion of the illegal recycling business being conducted on Kurtz 
avenue.  The issue has been turned over to the planning and zoning commission.  We are 
awaiting further news.

New Business:

There was no new business to discuss.  John stated that he would be out of town for the 
May 12th meeting, so he asked for suggestions about the next meeting.  It was decided to 
cancel the meeting and meet again in June. 

Meeting was adjourned at 7:24 pm.
