Minutes for the April 12, 2016 meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by John Breen.

Review of Minutes:

John reviewed the minutes from the meeting in March which included a discussion of the 
accidents at Kurtz and Paradise Beach roads.  The check for the damage from the first 
accident was received and deposited into the PBIA bank account.  Thank you Bonnie and 
Mike for taking care of that issue.

Treasurers Report:

Peggy read the treasury report, and the balance as of 4/7/16 was $6593.51.  The check for 
the damage to the beach property was deposited.  The new sign and the repair to the fence 
has been scheduled.

Old Business:

A discussion of the PBIA Facebook page was brought up and John stated that he was not 
able to get around to it.  Vince stated that he would create a page for the PBIA and send 
John the link.    

New Business:

The topic of the re-paving of Fort Smallwood was brought up.  It was stated that the 
previous job was deficient and that the snow plows were causing problems with the road.  
The topic of the new ramp at Fort Smallwood state park was discussed.  The opening was 
scheduled for April 19th.    

Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
